The investors will finance up to 50% purchase price of land and 100% of construction. Seller second mortgage may fulfill
borrower's 50% obligation.
Given current market conditions, borrowers are required to come up with the majority of the land purchase.
CONDO CONVERSION/REHAB
The investors will finance up to 70% of the purchase price and 100% of the construction/rehab
