AHF is associated with Private and Hard Money Investors that deal with Commercial and Real Estate Financing. The range of
financing is typically between $100k on UP.
The market has changed tremendously and our investors are looking at deals much closer.
These are the general documents that are requested:
A. 1003 Form Completely Fill-Out
B. Credit Report
C. Appraisal
D. Taxes (personal and business)
E. Real Estate as Collateral
Some of our investors require only the following documents:
A. Hud (Settlement Statement)
B. 1003 Form Completely Fill-Out
C. Appraisal
D. Real Estate as Collateral
Special Appraisal Note: Some of our investors may not require an appraisal. Broker Price Opinion (BPO) and or Photos may be
required.
Special Credit Score Note: Some of our investors do not require credit scores.
